Steps to Set Up Enterprise Websites Graph Connector in Microsoft 365 Admin Center 

  1. Add a connector in the Microsoft 365 admin center.  
  • Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center 
  • Click on see all 

  • Click on Search & Intelligence > Data sources. 

 

  • Click on Add connections  

 

  • Select Enterprise Websites Graph Connector

  • Click on Advanced Settings 

 

  1. Name the connection 
  • Fill the following fields  
  • Connection ID(edit): TardisIntranetSite  
  • Name: TardisIntranetSiteConnector 
  • Description : The content is related tardis azurewebsites which is an HTML-based website containing R&D documentation for the Tardis framework.The help content is designed to assist users by providing answers to their questions with a reference URL to the source website page 
  • Display Name: keep it the default 

 

  • Checked the notice checkbox and click on save and Proceed  

 

  1. Configure the connection settings 
  • Fill the following fields  
  • Use sitemap for crawling: keep unchecked 
  • Dynamic site configuration: keep unchecked  
  • Display Name: keep it the default 
  • Crawl mode: Cloud 
  • Authentication type: OAuth 2.0 

 

 

  • Fill the following fields  
  • resource ID:  9ea9dd6c-a007-43c5-9a50-484e7c783b17 
  • client ID : 26109dc7-a1c7-4fc8-925a-36dfa06de501 
  • client secret: we will send via another email 

 

 

  • Click on Test Connection and if it is successful, click Save and proceed. 

 

 

 

  1. Manage Search Permissions  
  • Select Everyone and click Save and Proceed 
  • Note: After completing the setup, we can adjust the sharing settings to limit access to a specific user or user group. However, the partner wants to provide access to every RELX tenant user. 

 

 

 

  1. Meta tag settings  
  • Select all the following options and click Save and Proceed. 

 

  1. Custom property settings 
  • Select Keep the default properties and click Save and Proceed. 

 

 

  1. Add URLs to exclude  
  • Don't add any URLs and click Save and Proceed. 

 

  1. Assign property labels. 
  • Keep default. 
  • Ensure title and URL labels are correct as shown in the image. 
  • Click Save and Proceed. 

 

 

  1. Manage schema 
  • Select the content property from the drop-down as shown in the image. 

 

 

  • In the schema, ensure that the checkboxes for the following properties are checked 
  • Content: search  
  • Title: search & Retrieve  
  • Url: Retrieve 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Click Save and Proceed. 

 

  1. Choose refresh settings 
  • Time zone: Eastern Standard Time 
  • Recurrence: week 
  • Add Day: Saturday 

 

  • Click Save and Proceed. 

 

 

  1. Review Connection & Publish 
  • Review the connection and click the Publish button 

 

  1. Vertical Settings 
  • Show results in the “All” vertical: Turn off. 
  • Click save and close  

 

 

The setup for the Enterprise Websites Graph Connector is completed.
